Appointments
Appointments are available between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
The clinic is open on Saturday mornings between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm by appointment only and for urgent medical issues.
The clinic is closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Telehealth and telephone appointments are available on request. These are appropriate for consultations where a physical examination is not required and are triaged by the referring doctor.
A 24 hour on call service is available for urgent consultation with our on call doctor outside these hours by calling the clinic on (03) 5152 4123.
Consultation with your doctor may be booked by telephoning the clinic or by using the online facility.
An SMS reminder is sent to all patients who have registered their mobile number with the clinic. Please ensure you update these details on each visit to the clinic.
If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, please inform the clinic with at least 2 hours notice.
A $44.00 missed appointment fee is raised for any missed consultations.
